BBQ Festival Vendor Fees

The D’Iberville BBQ Throw-Down & Festival on February 23, 2019, includes two vending opportunities. Space is available on a first-come basis. Vendors may apply and pay online using this page, or they can alternately complete and return the 2019 BBQ Festival Vendor Application.

Power is NOT provided and is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Centralized water hook-ups will be provided throughout the site.

Types of Vendors Accepted:

This is a family-oriented event. No items of an adult or vulgar nature will be allowed. Vendors may include food, jewelry, woodworking, art, clothing and apparel, packaged foods, sauces and salsas, nonprofits, political & more.

Vendor space/fees:

  • Food: $125 (10’ x 20’ space)

    • Food Vendors MUST Contact Matt Toncrey for additional application information

  • Arts & Crafts: $65 (10’ x 10’ space)

General Rules:

  1. Set-up and Removal: Set-up is allowed from 12 noon on Friday, February 22 until 8am on Saturday, February 23. Take down should be completed by 7pm on Saturday, February 23.

  2. Vendors must accept the site assigned and remove vehicles and booth set-up by designated times listed above. Vendors may sell only those items noted on applications. No exceptions will be allowed. NO refunds will be made for cancellations by vendors. The event host/organizers are not responsible for cancellation due to inclement weather.

  3. NO glass containers are allowed on site. Failure to abide by the rules will result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of all fees.

  4. The City of D’Iberville and the Gateway Group are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

  5. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors according to the type of items being sold to avoid duplicates.

  6. Please submit a list of items that you wish to sell at this event. Please be specific. Payment of registration fee is required by February 16, 2019, in order to reserve your space.
